Getting started

How do I choose a game server?

Choose a game, then tell the configurator about your players and setup. It recommends resources before you continue to checkout. You can also start with a specific RAM plan.

I already chose a plan. Do I choose it again?

No. Choosing a plan first takes you to compatible games. Your selected resources and billing period carry through to configuration.

Can I choose the server location?

Yes. The configurator shows the available locations. Choose one close to the people who will play on your server. Availability is confirmed during ordering.

Where do I manage my server?

Use the game panel to manage your game server. Use the client area for invoices, subscriptions and account details. Both are available in the Log in menu.

Minecraft

Do you offer Java and Bedrock?

Yes. Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock are separate choices in the games directory. Choose the edition your players use before configuring the server.

Can I run plugins or modpacks?

Minecraft Java supports different server software choices. Select compatible software and a version in the configurator. Plugins and mods must match that software; they are not interchangeable.

How much RAM will I need?

Player count, world size, server software and mods all affect memory use. The configurator and free RAM estimator give a starting estimate, rather than a guarantee for every workload.

Can Java and Bedrock players join the same server?

Cross-play can be possible on a compatible Java setup with software such as Geyser. It is not automatic for every server. Ask us about your software and players before ordering if you need cross-play.

Can I bring my existing world?

Keep a backup of your original world and check edition and version compatibility first. Contact support if you need help planning a move.

Plans and payments

What happens if an invoice is unpaid?

An overdue service can be suspended immediately. Service data is scheduled for deletion after seven days unpaid, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact support promptly if there is a payment problem.

Can I request a refund?

Contact support with your order reference and the reason for your request. Requests are reviewed individually, including service usage. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
