Terms of Service

The rules for using Purpify hosting, payments, support, and protected game server infrastructure.

Service use

Purpify provides game server hosting for Minecraft and other supported games. You are responsible for your account, your server content, your plugins and mods, and activity that happens through your service. You must use the service legally and in a way that does not harm Purpify, other customers, or the network.

Acceptable use

You may not use Purpify for malware, phishing, botnets, denial-of-service activity, illegal content, harassment, credential theft, spam, or any activity intended to damage infrastructure or other users. We may suspend or terminate services involved in abuse or serious security risk.

Payments and renewals

You agree to pay for the plans and services you order. Services may be suspended, limited, or terminated when invoices are unpaid, chargebacks are opened, or fraud checks fail. Prices, plan details, and availability may change, but active orders will be handled according to the checkout and billing terms shown when purchased.

Fair resource use

Game servers share infrastructure with other customers. You may not intentionally overload nodes, bypass plan limits, mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated high-load workloads, or use a plan in a way that harms performance for others. Purpify may move, limit, or ask you to upgrade a service when usage no longer fits the selected plan.

DDoS and abuse enforcement

Purpify includes DDoS protection, but protected hosting does not allow customers to invite attacks, run attack services, or use the platform to attack others. We may take urgent action during attacks or abuse events to protect the wider network and customer base.

Support

Live support is available on Discord at https://discord.gg/purpify. Support can help with hosting-related issues, but you remain responsible for third-party plugin, mod, world, and configuration choices unless Purpify specifically agrees to manage them.
