Service Level Agreement

The uptime target and exclusions for Purpify game server hosting.

Uptime target

Purpify targets 99.9% uptime for hosted game server services. This target applies to Purpify-controlled hosting infrastructure and does not guarantee that every third-party network, payment provider, support platform, plugin, mod, or customer configuration will remain available at all times.

Exclusions

The uptime target excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, DDoS events beyond normal mitigation, upstream provider outages, customer configuration errors, plugin or mod failures, payment or billing interruptions, Discord outages, force majeure events, and abuse or security actions needed to protect the platform.

Service credits

If Purpify-controlled infrastructure uptime drops below 99.9% but stays at or above 99% for an eligible monthly service period, the affected service may receive a 5% discount credit. If uptime is between 96% and 98.99%, the affected service may receive a 25% discount credit. If uptime is 95% or lower, the affected service may receive a 50% discount credit.

Maintenance

Maintenance may be required for security, performance, routing, operating system updates, panel work, or hardware changes. Purpify will try to keep maintenance practical and limited, but urgent security or stability work may happen with shorter notice.

If you believe your service is affected by an uptime issue, contact live support on Discord at https://discord.gg/purpify with the service name, location, approximate time, and what your players experienced. This helps us separate infrastructure issues from configuration or plugin problems.
