Eligible new hosting orders can request review within the 24-hour money-back window.
24-hour refund window
Purpify offers a 24-hour money-back window for eligible new hosting orders. If your service is not a good fit, contact support through Discord at https://discord.gg/purpify within 24 hours of purchase so we can review the order.
Refund exclusions
Refunds may be denied for abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, fraud checks, intentionally caused service issues, heavy completed usage, or services that were already renewed. Addons, custom work, migrations, or third-party costs may not be refundable unless Purpify states otherwise.
Service issues
If a technical issue is caused by Purpify infrastructure, contact support with the order, server name, and issue details. We may attempt to fix the issue, move the service, credit time, or refund the eligible order depending on the situation.
How to request a refund
Open a support request in the Purpify Discord and include your order details, the affected service, and the reason for the request. We may ask for account verification before discussing billing or making account changes.
