Purpify provides various hosting services, including but not limited to Minecraft server hosting, Cloud VPS hosting, and Dedicated Servers. 3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Purpify immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are a minor with parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the service by, any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted material without permission.
• Engaging in any form of hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our network or services.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) as selected by you during the purchase process.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay for services by the due date may result in suspension or termination of your service.

While Purpify takes reasonable measures to ensure data integrity and provides certain backup solutions, you are solely responsible for backing up your own data hosted on our servers. Purpify is not liable for any data loss or corruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purpify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purpify, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
